Hello! I'm Gordon Burcham, owner and founder of Martial Arts Business Mastery.
For over 25 years, I have been teaching Martial Arts and running businesses. This all started with G Force Martial Arts, which continues to this day to be a successful and respected Martial Arts school, within our HQ community of Rugby, expanding countrywide, and throughout the Martial Arts industry. It was my decision to work with a business coach that entirely changed the trajectory of my Martial Arts business, and my passion for helping others and my interest in personal development made me realise I had a unique opportunity to support other Martial Artists to do the same. So I started what I believe to be the first coaching service in the UK dedicated to the Martial Arts industry.
Since 2016, I have been coaching, mentoring and training Martial Arts school owners, helping them to develop businesses that thrive, quit their day jobs, and do what they love; ethically grow successful and sustainable businesses in teaching Martial Arts. My team and I have supported hundreds of school owners through programmes, products, services and events, and are incredibly proud to be part of a growing industry that has such a positive impact on our wider communities through expanding the opportunity to access Martial Arts training.
It's more than just business. Personal development and growth is key to long term success, which is why I also work as a personal development coach, mentor and speaker.
