Excluding WhatsApp Integration, the above charges are deducted from a wallet balance that you have complete control of. Normally the wallet will contain $10 of credit and will auto top-up as required.
WhatsApp Integration is billed as a separate monthly subscription.

SMS Segments Info:
SMS segment means 160 characters for the first segment or 153 characters per segment for messages exceeding this limit. Messages containing emojis or other non-standard characters are billed as 70 characters per segment for the first segment or 67 characters per segment for messages exceeding this limit.
