Our typical operational hours for support are standard weekdays from 9am to 5pm - we aim to review all messages and respond within one working day (however will always assess the urgency of your issue and will action accordingly) - to help us achieve this, please avoid submitting more than one support request for the same issue in any 48 hour period.

The offices are closed on bank holidays and have reduced operating hours over Easter and Christmas breaks. During these times, only system-critical issues will be addressed.

If you have SMART Membership, you can access AI support via the build in chat function.

You can also access 'getting started guides' and other system tutorials by clicking on 'Learning' in the community area and within the help section of the SMART Membership system.

Instant access to the support team is not available in the SMART client community. You can reach out to other system users within the client community app for ideas and inspiration, but support requests posted in chat feeds may not receive a response from the SMART team.

Please note that any communications sent to the Business Mastery team about SMART support will be automatically forwarded to the above, which may delay our response time.
